ArtsCommon 118 establishes a permanent home for arts, culture, and creative enterprise on Alberta Avenue. The development brings together affordable live/work housing for artists, flexible cultural and performance venues, and places for gathering, enterprise, and everyday connection. Artists will live and create in the Artist Village while remaining connected to Arts Garden, where performances, workshops, exhibitions, and shared experiences animate the building throughout the year.

The Carrot Community Arts Coffeehouse continues to serve as a welcoming anchor, while indoor and outdoor market spaces create opportunities for artisans and local entrepreneurs to showcase their work. Together these elements form a vibrant civic hub where arts, culture, and community life will cultivate Alberta Avenue’s creative energy for decades to come.
